On Friday evening, the much-anticipated Craftsmen Kitchen & Taphouse opened its 48 taps to the world. On the first night, the brew menu was split into four parts, Mash, Local, Session and IPA. There were Lowcountry favorites in the mix, like Holy City's Pluff Mud, and craft beers from off, like Nude Beach, from Stevens Point Brewery in Wisconsin.
One catch at Craftsmen? What's being poured today might not be there tomorrow. When Eater talked to the team in the winter, they pointed out the kegs will constantly be rotating.
Witness a couple iPhone shots of the opening night menus, where the food spans from duck ham and burgers to hanger steak and scallops.
The team just posted on Facebook the current hours are 4pm - 2am through Sunday, but that "lunch service is coming soon."
